I work for a resort here in las vegas and i have an access to make and test room keys. I tried testing them while using my element wallet and it seems like it is not blocking the rfid reader. I also tried sandwitching it with other cards and it can still read the rfid. I also tried putting some card facing the metal frame and put the room key in the middle and scanned it from the side where the metal frame is and the reader can still read the rfid on the card. But with all that being said. I do like using my element wallet. The leather feels so nice when its broken in.

Love my contour, have one of the limited titanium ones. Only thing I wish they did was offer more exotic leather colors (blue, green, etc.). Other than that, it's the perfect wallet. It's what made me permanently move away from billfolds.

I have the Trayvax Ascent - it’s awesome 😎👌🏼Also, you may as well have bought the brown Element colour - that colour you have there on the new fresh Element, eventually turns brown anyway as that is the same colour as my Ascent and that has slowly but surely turned brown.

@@dub4205 you can mold it to how many cards you want. I have about 10 plastic cards and 2 paper insurance card on mine and it fits nice. Once its nicely broken in cards slides in and out nice. If you want to carry less cards just pull the flap on the back and you're all set again.

How do you like it? How does the comfort level stack up compared to the Contour? I have your limited edition Ascent and i love it, i currently have it packed full with 8 cards but I may want to switch over to the Contour or Element soon, does the bottle opener section on the element cut into your leg at all when sitting? boss Watkins change the order their in then to not be rubbing on metal. Used an element for a few years and never had a problem. A lot of debt or credit cards are just built cheap anyway though so they might just be worn out.

I bought the first Trayvax wallet, and i loved it. It was basically metal on both sides so it scratched up my cards and i stopped using it. I would love to try one of these leather ones. Also TSA almost confiscated my trayvax because they thought it was a weapon because of the bottle opener and finger grooves and it was OD green i guess. They said i could really hurt someone if i punched them with it. I just said "hey man i'm not about punching people it's just a wallet" and they let me keep it.

amercians dont use coins so its useless for them, check out fantom wallets if you want a nice wallet with a coin holder ( The new version , fantom R , is the better and will last more but without a coin holder .. They said they gonna add a coin holder "add on" in the future which they told me it might even take up to 3 months!) I will wait 3 months, save abit , and buy the fantom R with a coin holder.
