Make stuff that people want to buy, you mean? Silver groupsets. 165mm cranks. 11 speed. titanium seatposts properly designed brakelevers / shifters decent hubs that sort of stuff.

Tubular tires? Why? Who wants to mess with glue mess of tubular tires when tubeless are cheaper, easier to manage and faster.

All I'd wish them to do is releasing a 10-36 or 10-39 (just look at the Rotor 13 speed ones) cassette for Ekar. In combination with a 42t. 44t or 46t crank for me this would be the perfect 1x road group without compromise between range and gear jumps.
