Let's all be honest with ourselves... There are many different boat builders. You can get a dozen on Google... But this is not a boat! It is an 'Oakums'... They're known for their luxury interiors and attention to detail. The pride in their work is 1st Class! I wouldn't be looking elsewhere if I was in the market for a boat. You two fortunate people are lucky to own such a boat!

Hi Paul and Anthony, Maree here from Melbourne Australia. I just want to say thank you for bringing back some amazing memories. My friend and I hired a narrow boat in 1999. we started off from Chirk Marina and travelled down the Llangollen Canal, we went through the same tunnel and over the aqueduct that you were on. We have both said it was the best holiday we ever had and would love to do again. We did some stupid things along the way, but I think that was half the fun. So thanks again regards Maree and Judy.

What a perfect executed hybrid solution, having a large lifepo4 array with a 12 or 24V? converter to 230V must give you some much more possibilities like a decent fridge and freezer. Really love the skylight, pff what not to like, perfect choice for the countertops making it way less “bulky”. Honestly your two guys own the nicest narrowboat I have seen so far, lots of luck and love wishes living on your beautiful boat! Thanks Albert. It is a great solution and I definitely think it is they way narrowboats will go. The 230v solution definitely makes things easier. The skylights flood the boat with light and it is like living in an apartment compared to our last boat. Hope you have a lovely week. ❤

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a perfect layout 😮. I love all the gadgets and the ample amount of power sockets. The skylights are such a great feature, and the oak gives the whole interior a perfect sense of warmth and high quality. I’ve been following your journey for a year or so now and not actually commented until now. I’ve always love your vlogs and they keep me company when I’m painting. You feel like part of my family which is bizarre considering never meeting you or you not knowing me at all. I decided to leave a comment this time as I absolutely love the new Morning Star. The layout is just up my street and the tech sounds amazing. I think the light flooding in from the huge skylights is my favourite. I’ve just watched the first cruising vlog and wow so lovely to hear the birds whilst cruising amazing. Looking forward to joining on your cruising journey albeit virtually!

She is absolutely stunning, and all those hidden extras make use of every scrap of space. I can't understand why people just buy the boat shell and think they can fit them out themselves. Not only would it cost more, but they would never fit it like a pro.
