New elementary school opens in Sacramento County

The San Juan Unified School District unveiled its new elementary school Wednesday. Dyer-Kelly Elementary on Bell Street in Sacramento is the first new elementary built in the school district since 1992. Hundreds of families met their teachers ahead of the first day of school on Thursday. Get the full story in the video above.
