My employees 5 months in, who worked so hard for 20 days at the popup,
were sent to the neighboring country, Japan, to study wine.
The study is just an excuse; we actually went to eat and drink well to have fun.
And they really are eating and drinking well!

It's alright but absolutely not on par with the best France has to offer. You're not beating high profile Côte de Beaune, Bordeaux, or Côte du Rhônes with any Portuguese wine whatsoever
