I have a question about the update for the road flare change. Can you consider this a buff or nerf for the road flare? For example, if the slasher stays in the road flare will the slasher get blinded twice is that what it meant? Or does it mean if I place the road flare it will have to start up similar to the bear trap then it will blind the slasher? Another example is if I place it right on the slasher will it blind or can they pass through it when it's starting up?
