Im guessing they want to wait to put it on Wublin Island when they start making Epic Wublins. but I'm still quite shocked. there could have been lore implications that Wubbox studied Epic Monculus to find out how it could evolve, so he could apply that to his creations. maybe that still is the lore, and Wubbox is currently studying Epic Monculus. so that is why we didn't get him there.
