I have the same Summa. Take the kisskut holder. Add a felt pen to it. Put the pen to the belt and move the head back on the belt to draw a line on it. It will help you lining up the vinyl super easy :)

What’s the washability for that hot peel? We tested 7-10 different suppliers and found the prints looked like crap by wash 20 so we said with our hybrid film.

What tools do you use to help your sales team make sales?

We use commonsku for invoicing and presentations, we are currently working on an overhaul for CRM.

How did you start marketing yourself to get more business in the sticker side of the business?

I've done stickers for over 5 years. The longer I do it, the more people learn about it. I also pitch it as a cheap giveaway and for customers to include in their packages. The 4000 order was for water bottles at an event.

Can I ask what your state's minimum wage is and also your employee pay range?

$7.25 is the minimum. Sales people are commission and the production staff depends on the job. We have a few minimum wage and they go up from there. $13, $15, $20, etc
