I have never purchased a planner or notebook from Erin Condren. I got sucked into some of their stickers, but that's it. But this neutral pattern may change everything for me. I absolutely ADORE IT. My favorite part -- NO PINK (or at least only minimal peachy color). I watched Laken's video before yours, and she responded as expected since she's a bright color person, but your reaction is exactly how I felt the entire time watching Laken's video. LOVE LOVE LOVE those colors and pattern. I would be gushing the exact same way you were if I received that package.

That hexagon tracker page feels like such an after thought shoved way in the back there. Should be up the front somewhere. I’d love a neutral version of that sticker book too. So excited about this planner! I have been drawing my planner out on dot grid paper for over a year because I couldn’t find a planner that fit my needs. Finally!!!! Something is close(er). Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the planner and accessories. Your opinion seems to always be the most detailed and I love hearing what you think. This is by far my favorite pattern as well and I definitely wish they would come out with a sticker book geared more toward the neutral. I'd love to get your thoughts on the new hourly set-up since they have added time but taken away the half hr boxes. (I know you don't plan in an hourly). Thanks :)

I love the kaleidoscope pattern too- the neutral one looks like a zoomed in view of a diamond! I will say for some reason the little zip/vinyl pouch is always one of my favorite parts of a planner, no matter what brand or type it is, so I’m not crazy about that decision. :/

For the most part, I love this design and planner as much as you do. Enough that I am contemplating switching from my Happy Planner. The one thing I disagreed with you on was the hexagons on the first of the month. I already know it's the first - that's why there's a "1" there. Why do I need a hexagon to tell me that?

This planner is so beautiful. But I feel like a lot of the newer features this year resemble some of the pages in the Inkwell Press Planner (from the hexagons to the color scheme), the notes pages before the monthly calendar and the hexagon page at the end of the year. As someone who started out planning in the Inkwell Press, many things just seem oddly familiar.

From all the new planners I like the horizontal the most. Haven't seen the colorful version anywhere though ... :-) I almost wanted an hourly but the missing half hours make me rethinking again. I don't even need a new planner, but launch season is full of FOMO! :-D

Not sure about the rounded corners?!? I use full box stickers in that right side box .. which are squared corners. So as a sticker maker not sure what to do about that! Silly.... but Putting a square sticker over a rounded corner might kind of bother me.

I love the new neutrals. It is like so lovely for me. I cover that top with Washi anyway so the line at the top doesn't bother me. The Aesthetic of the rounded edges is not really my style. I am a stickler for clean lines and straight edges it just helps me out. But, I still really really am liking this look over all, so I can make it work. I will just round the corners of my stickers and washi where needed.

I ordered the neutral hoizontal and it just arrived yesterday! Except it isn't horizontal. It's vertical. :Sooooo sad. I took pictures of the cover and interior and a screen shot of my order clearly stating "horizontal". Let's see how long it takes to get the replacement.

I genuinely hate to be a Debbie Downer, and I've been loyal to EC for YEARS, but I'm just not sold this year. The new monthly dashboard page is like they ripped it from a Happy Planner...and then the 12 hex's in the back--is serious IWP vibes. For a neutral...it's straight pastel. I'm kind of bummed about this year's launch...the pattern is gorgeous and even in "neutral" it's great--but it doesn't feel like the modifications this year were really a positive step forward.

If you peel the sticky notes from the side, top first, the don't curl. I think post it has a video that I saw. Mine don't curl by doing it that way.

So I’m cruising around KZbin and even though I ordered the EC neutral at wild (and the box is sitting on the coffee table. Me being to tired to open it) came across your video. I’m like “her voice... I’ve heard it before” then you cuss. I’m like “Cindy?” 🤣 saw you at wild. I am excited about the kaleidoscope neutral. The hint of pastel color was nice and not to much for me. I love the round edges and new pages they included. Wishing I would have gotten the neutral pouch and book but fuck it. I’d still use it. Thanks for this video! It looks like the monthly tabs aren't attached to the actual monthly spreads, but are attached to those two new pages...that would bother me too much. When I use a monthly tab, I want to jump to a monthly calendar view not a different page. Question - I'm actually wondering about the binder planner I've seen EC previewing - will you have a review of that one or a video showing what it looks like?

I never understood why the future calendar spread didn’t start with July of the next year. Why do I need January when it’s in the planner? I think I’ll stick with my Recollections Wellness Planner. Then I can use all my date covers! The colors are gorgeous. And the month each week is one complaint you (and I) had for the bullet planner. Why do I need it each week when the month is tabbed?? I dunno.
