I run two HH 540M's on a dual motor trans in my 4WS Capra. Along with stretching the wheelbase to 13.5, the front and rear dig are just awesome additions and really has me loving the Capra now. I may have to try those Aztecs.

Thanks for the informative video! Haven't built a rig in quite a while, and my last brushless was a heavily upgraded Axial Bomber from a kit with a Mamba X ESC, a 1st-Gen Revolver 1800kv, and a Holmes SHV500 direct-power servo that I mostly run on 4S - It's definitely NOT silent... I just picked up a Vanquish Optic RTR when they had the $100 off sale - going to try a Fusion Pro in it, see how I like it.

this has been my go-to esc recently as well. smoothest esc ive tried to date, and the escape32 firmware is fantastic. custom startup tones and incredibly easy to tune with the wifi link if need be. cant say enough good things about it

You need to try one of the new axe systems in a 4WS Capra. At 135 amps it runs two reefs 800 lps and a raw 100 for dig all at 8.4 volts with out a hint of a brownout! It’s awesome… super smooth and sooo much torque even with the short can motor. I think they’re still on sale for about $200 on Hobbywing site

I've had one of those ESCS in my Carbon with a Holmes 1800 Team Spec. It's really nice considering I had a Copperhead in it.. ran it once today. Definitely a fan of the Sequer unit.

As a former fpv guy i have a bunch of 32bit escs laying around i should really flash a few and try them out been into crawling awile then had sime unexpected medical issues arise and long short short im now disabled and had to see everything i had. One day id love to have a another lcg i built a injora but sadly had to sell it i did aquire a redcat gen 8 that need a ton done to it but its a start sadly im lucky to have anything left after bills but im alive. Interesting esc… Our hottest crawler day this year was around 110 degrees in borrego springs southern cali… temp gun shows the ground being around 130. I use both brushless and brushed. Brushless is getting much more affordable.

The Sequre has been on my radar for a bit now. I really don't like the way you adjust the bec but at least you can order it with one and it goes up to 12 volts! Going to order from their site and see if I can order it with the 7.4v bec setup 🤞

I run a crawlmaster v3 with the team spec 540m 1800. Rigs on capra axles with a 10.2 transmission. Somehow my truck runs really smooth down low. Ive seen lots of talk and video of the down low chug people get. I have no idea why mine doesnt do it but ill take it.

Nice run. I just finished working on my Capra 4WHEEL steer the rear steer stopped working but it was just the wire had pulled out somehow. Bolts to a blank skid or you can drill the Vader. Creates more gear reduction than a stock Capra transmission while being small and lightweight
