A hard life. Disease, tooth decay, hard to wash and search for food. Hot dirty and sweaty. But they made it work. Five out of eight children died in childbirth. Strong people. God bless them.

The west was wild, and unsettled. the pics of settle towns were not out west. History was taught this way in schools, clearly. Just gotta pay attention to what happened when and where.
