Biggest tip for postpartum is do not let yourself be hungry! I was more hungry postpartum than I was during pregnancy! Then you wind up craving sugar when you get too hungry

How do you heat your meat/beans with your lettuce? I'd put lettuce in baggie so you can take out without a mess. A little baggie with crushed chips as well. Need a little crunch!

Great recipe ideas and I like seeing the recipes on the screen!!! Also, add a little water to the sauce jars that are almost empty, give it a shake and pour the rest out...that way hardly any goes to waste! Same about the oregano 😆

I found you after finding The Wads. I can relate to your eclectic mix of dietary choices!!! I didn’t realize how limited I would feel from watching cook with me videos with people who choose ingredients I wouldn’t. I need to start out with your videos and get some confidence then I can imagine myself swapping ingredients. We use ground Turkey, and some dairy free and some gluten free things too. Plus I already love the brands you use like Siesta and Primal Kitchen. Yay! I might even be able to start this process for the last 8 weeks of this pregnancy. Stay tuned lol.
