I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzbin.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

Lady, I have to give you a Lot of credit. Here you are married with two youngsters, plus a full time job. Here you are (along with thousands of other women. ) planning meals for your week. Preparing time to be ready as the week progresses. Along with the many other household chores, homework laundry etc. But making sure your family is eating healthy on top of it. You (as well as many other women that do this. ) deserve a medal, and a weekly spa day. Love your ideas for meals and how you prepare them. I'm in week four of keto. You have answered many of my questions about things like meatloaf. Great informative video. Thanks.

This is my first EVER KZbin comment!!!! THANK YOU for being normal. Thank you for being real. Thank you for being a busy family girl, being well spoken, caring enough to share, for making easy and quick meals and for making it actually look possible. As I watched this, I questioned where you got your energy to force yourself to do all this but I realized of course as every mother, you do this for your family. I hope Adam reciprocates with his lion’s share of housework also!! You have really inspired me. So glad I happened upon this. Subscribing!

For the bagels you have to wet your hands and then roll and shape into circles. Makes it so easy! You gotta keep making your hands wet for each bagel but it makes it simple 👍🏻
@sherrydee78806 жыл бұрын
This video was much more of a true Keto eating plan. Thank You! Bagel tip: For 8 bagels, I use 6 oz mozzarella, 2 oz cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups almond flour, I add the 2 room temperature beaten eggs last. I omit the baking powder, spices & the egg wash. Microwave the cheeses in 30 second bursts & try not to exceed 2 minutes. Mix well with a silicone spatula. Add the almond flour, then the beaten eggs. This is when I use my hand to incorporate it all. Separate into 8 pieces. Roll into balls. Quickly roll into long log shapes between 2 hands & connect at the ends & place on the paper. I then use a spray bottle with plain water to mist the bagels, sprinkle on the TJ's seasoning, mist the bagels again & bake for 9 mins in a 400 degree oven. I used to use 1 teaspoon of baking powder & they rise like the real thing. But my food allergies make it hard for me to use baking powder. My way is still good enough for my taste buds. When they are cooled, I slice them, add unsalted butter & cold cream cheese. Also good with sliced salmon or other lunch meats for a healthy quick & filling snack/meal. I got my recipe from combining the fathead dough recipe on the Keto Connect channel & the bagel recipe I found on the Keto de la Creme channel. *EDIT- Rolling the dough is a lot like making a coil for a clay pot in a ceramics class!
@Honey_10124 жыл бұрын
For youre first recipe, like others have mentioned try using a zip lock bag for shaping. Also to mould the circles by hand, wet you're hands a little this helps stop the dough from sticking to you're hands. I have made this recipe many times and have seen many versions and I have to say its one of the best recipes. I add fresh garlic, greek seasoning and parmesan cheese and its like a garlic cheesy bread.

First, Love all of your videos. A huge help for those us who have to cook for more than 1 person including littles! I'm still learning about Keto and your prep video are informative and professional. Tip: For a convection oven it cooks 25% faster. When using traditional directions reduce the cooking time by 25% or reduce the oven temp by 25 degrees but keep the original cooking times. I hope that helps. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

What I like best about your videos is that these are recipes that my family would actually eat! They're simple and use ingredients that I typically have around anyways. As other's have said, I'm slightly bothered by the amount of single-use plastic bags, I get it. It's convenient and we're all busy and I find that I use them as well, on occasion. Thanks for the awesome recipes!
@summerswmgrl4 жыл бұрын
Someone might have already said this, or you might have figured it out by now, since this video is almost 2 years old, but you can bake on a regular "bake" setting even with a convection oven. I paused the video at 28:55. You just need to push the regular "bake" button (the one without the little wheel icon, the third button over). I have a convection oven and I love baking certain things with the convection setting, but honestly I mostly just bake things on the regular setting.

For shaping the bagels ... try putting “dough” into a ziplock bag then cut a corner off (or use a pastry bag) and squeeze out making a donut shape on sheet pan. May have to spray the inside of bag with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.

For the funnel, just cut off the top of a soft drink bottle or any other bottle, depending on the size of the opening you want. You can dispose of them or store them. Cheap and reusing the plastic
@timothybright70646 жыл бұрын
Hi. I saw what you were doing with the egg bites bagles. You asked what is a better way instead of using your fingers? My opinion is use a piping bag with a wider tip. Gently squeeze it out & start like you were making a doughnut & close to make smaller then add your egg. Simple...have a good evening.

If you always season your salmon a certain way you can put the seasonings in with a salmon when you freeze it that way when you take it out to defrost it will marinate itself. That's what we like to do with meats that we want to have the same flavoring especially if we do a bunch of grilled Meats at once for salads and or quick meals.

Keep up the great work! I hate the over use of zip lock bags in America with no conscience towards landfill. Love that wherever possible u use glass to store your items! Try putting the bagel mixture in a large baggie that has a large hole in the tip. Spray the inside of the baggie with cooking spray, then add bagel mixture. Pipe onto prepared baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a wet finger to ensure bagel circle seam is closed. I haven't read all the comments so I don't know if someone has written this already.

If you have a convection oven you have to adjust the temperature. Most recipes give you the temperature for a conventional oven. So when you made those peanut butter cookies you needed to cook them at 325 degrees. -25 degrees for all recipe temperatures.

I add a couple of Tbsns of coconut flour to the bagel mixture and it makes it a little drier and easier to handle. I also mix it with a wooden spoon handle and then wet my hands to shape them. When you dip your fingers in a little bit of oil the dough won‘t probably stick to your fingers and it will it make easier and faster :) it also works with water but if you have a dough that „dissolves“ in water it will get worse when you use to much 💧 The knife is from Germany, lots of my collegs use it in the kitchen of a high top hotel, there really good and if you treat them well they can stay a lifetime with you bc they are also really easy to resharpen. Ann Martin all I do is use a couple cans of salmon like I can get at Aldi and add a couple eggs, crushed pork rinds and sometimes I add some Parmesan cheese too, and of course salt and pepper. The Parmesan I guess maybe 1/3 cup but I never measure the pork rinds. Maybe start with a cup and then try to make one and see if it sticks together well.
