Brilliant video which also captured some of the fun we were having on stream. Thanks for putting in the trick I suggested about letting the shulkers self populate your farm once you had a few in there. It's a really easy way to shorten the time you have to spend filling the farm, but I've never seen a youtube video that tells you about it! 😂👍👍👍👍

I built an AFK farm that works with Snowman and you can build it as big as you want with little material. There is also a switch to turn it on and off and it produces a Shulker shell every 3 seconds if you increase it to 20 units in minecraft bedrock 1.20 in Ps4

I built the "Shulker Sandwich V2" but LOVE this design over that one, depending on your rates. Mine is about 1100 shells/hr. Very clever to pinpoint the teleport spots instead of making a large platform of spawning spots. in your AFK spot, I would advise you surround bottom half with glass panes to stand in a tiny box of sorts. If shulkers teleport across your platform, you can get hit and knocked around (no damage, but could fall out).

ok guys, 1.21 has changed the old stacking mine cart trick. We now need a dispenser to stack them, but because this farm requires a carted shulker to be on a lower slap, you can’t dispense another mine cart on it anymore. Any suggestions on how I should update this design?

Great video but you can still get the shulkers to the over world. Im running 1.20.15 and i was able to do it in fully survival. It took some time but the key is to send at least 1 or more additional mine carts through the end portal after the shulker. I'm pretty sure someone mentioned that on your live stream. But it works. It takes some time for everything to update but i have 2 modules of another shulker farm design up and running right next to my trident farm.

For every n double-block platform for the farm, it's probably a good idea to have n+1 shulkers to guarantee at least one platform has two shulkers to eventually fill all gaps

Gruva guy showed me you can still bring them to the over world. You just need to send a minecart through after each one and make sure there's a rail for it to land on at the spawn point.

I need to mess with this more. We tried it on stream, and it didn't work right... but my cart had some forward momentum when I pushed it into the portal... so maybe thats why? not sure.

@Prowl8413 yea I think you are right there. When I did it I placed a block with a rail and a minecart the broke the block underneath. All 4 of the ones I sent through landed in exactly the same spot. It just takes a minute or 2 for it to drop down from the hight.

A sword with fire aspect is a life saver in the end. While the endermen are burning they will run around like mad and not attack

Prowl!! I found out a way to get the shulkers to the overworld which actually works. Once you get the shulker through the end portal in the end, place a boat on a block above where the shulker went in, and break the block under the boat. This will make the boat fall straight down with no side momentum. When you go back to the overworld, reload the game, and the boat will pick up the shulker on its way down. Just make sure you have at least 2 blocks deep of water right where it’s going to land so it doesn’t die from fall damage. I was able to get 2 shulkers to the overworld in 100% survival doing this. Let me know if you need help!

There was a trick I saw on a Java shulker farm build where they sent (I think) a boat into the return portal first. then sent the shulker. The boat I guess catches the shulker and it falls down to the ground unharmed near spawn. I don't know if that will also work in Bedrock. I might try it later when I get home.

So they snuck the zombie villagers discounts nerf in. They made it seem like everything villager related was on the experimental toggle. The zombie spawner iron farm is almost useless. It only discounts for one spawn meaning the discounts are abysmal. Like instead of 4 iron for emerald it's 3 and instead of 32 flesh for emerald it's 31. Even worlds were you cured them to the minimum have been effected. Like i had one emerald enchants for months and now some are 20+ emeralds. Not happy. Sorry to post this on this video just don't see anyone mentioning it.

Handy tip for dealing with endermen. Have a water bucket in your hotbar to put down, and they won't be able to get to you if you're standing in a small area of water. 👍

Only works if the area you are at is completely flat, if not, the water will only flow down the hill, and the endermen will still attack you.

NIce work on the video. I tried to build this but I had no luck with breeder/duplicator. I could'nt get the shulkers to target me unless I was within 4 blocks of them or a couple blocks above them. The other part seemed to target me from 10 blocks away in a creative world, just not the breeder/duplicator part.

yo... I lost my 45 levels no death from damage in a portal like that... I wasn't on hard-core but I was still pretty salty... I had a enderman slaying cave by by portal and then I had THOUGHT the aggrod ones were dead because I was walking around none were chasing me for a few seconds... then I went into the portal and kept hearing damage sounds... spawned dead.. all items gone all xp gone... that's when I was like F it... I am building a general mob farm and found your guide. the first layer stunk because I had to keep running back and forth between my main base and my ocean base theough the nether and was relying on my iron farm for string from cats, but then it was pretty quick once I was getting string from spiders in the farm

If you wanna move the shucker fly up to it with one piece of thorns 1 armour wear it and hit the shucker with your fist it hits you u dmg it it teleports to the ground I hope never tested it

The only issue I'm having with this farm is that once the pistons are powered, they stay powered with what seems to be a repeater loop. Once I remove the redstone dust from behind the repeaters, the pistons power down. 🤔

The platforms don't take too long, for most probably less than an hour... the moving of the shulkers and getting them to breed for most will probably take another 2-4 hours depending on some luck and your skill with handling them.

It was pre 1.20 and on a realm also. I noticed that items sent through the portal dropped from the sky and took a LONG time to fall to the ground so figured why not try boats!

You can do it just put a boat in the portal after you brake the minecarts they will drop safety down at spawn you can catch 2 .

Can't you just send it to the over world then drop a boat after it to get it to get caught by the boat then place water under it so the boat fall doesn't fall damage it. Wait like 10 minutes for it to fall lol
