Since 2018, I've enjoyed the intimacy of the smaller venues that they've had to play in on their North American tours. However, they were born for the Big Stage, the catwalks and the all-stops pulled Big Arena environment. Hopefully, their fan base will grow to the point where the Yokohama presentation will be their norm -- world-wide -- and they will finally get the massive adulation that they have deserved for so long!

Bro your excitement and joy during this is so contagious. I was smiling through the whole reaction. Also I showed my mom this MV when it came out and she loved the back and forth with Kanami and Misa. Brilliant battle from my two favourite Band Maid ladies. I say favourite but they are all favourites. 😍 Thought you were out of the room at 2:34 but no, we had to wait until 4:14! Then you left again at 7:36. Really this whole performance is a leave the room one. 😎 Kanami, playing a face melting shred fest, with her eyes closed is beyond any realms of normality. The story behind this is Kanami was, somehow, in an angry mood when she composed the music and told the band-members that. Saiki and Miku wrote lyrics for the song. The band accepted Saiki's lyrics. She wrote the lyrics about a friend's husband who cheated on her during the pandemic. The lyrics are both brutal and funny. Even Kanami and Misa got in the mood with their conversation/duel. Brilliant musicianship. SAIKI TELL US HOW YOU REALLY FEEL!!!!! Don't piss Saiki off!

TW have a new song they have been promoting on Instagram and KZbin in shorts called Six Feet Deep. From the sample it sounds eerily like Band Maid's style. Maybe it is intended as a hint, IDK. If it is their collaboration song, it means this concert has been in the works for a long time, as would make a lot of sense. And they recorded it remotely as The Warning did with their Enter Sandman collab with Alessia Cara. If they debut the song live on June 12th in Japan, it gains the attention of both fan bases (nd of course all the folks like me who are fans of both bands). If this is true, they are probably rehearsing it for their joint show. It is the first track on their Keep Me Fed album that is due out on June 28th. Band Maid have a new album coming out soon, too. Maybe there is a new collaboration song on their album as well (or the same song?) Just speculating. It would be glorious if they use the live show to record a music video together.

Dude. When BAND-MAID performed in Sacramento last year they did the Misa vs Kanami battle. It was so mesmerizing that I don't even remember Saiki & Miku stepped to side of the stage. Saiki wrote the Lyrics and they kinda confirmed some things in regard to relationship problems. Japan has one of the lowest birth in the world. The men and women are not communicating.
