Mrs. Dalloway is one of my all time favorites too. My husband bought the annotated edition you are talking about, for me for my birthday last year and I just love this edition so much. I obviously also really love my 1928 Modern Library edition too. :) Geeking on books is the best! This bookshop looks wonderful! Oh to be in England.

Thank you for taking us along, it looks so idyllic 😊. Is it just me or does everyone feel like bookshops are always better in other cities or countries ? A kind of grass is greener, but with bookshops. I'm sure that plenty of people would say bookshops in Paris are so nice, but actually there are so few I enjoy, and keep drooling over videos of bookshops here on BookTube 😂 Tell me it's not just me... 🙄

Thanks for another lovely video, Claire. I've had St. Albans on my list for a day trip last two times I've been over in London (live in Philadelphia), but haven't made it. Love Books on the Hill! Did you also venture to Oxfam Books? It's the opposite end to BotH, and is one of the best ones in Hertfordshire! I always find a good book or few in there :)

That bookshop looks like book heaven. So many classics old and new editions. I collect the Chiltern Classics and then I saw all the old classics in the video and I confess to pausing to try and read some of the titles.
