Fortunately the only real gains is increase in SP/RP generation, the rest of it is copy pasta so no real threat to the skillful warriors who play the tech tree. I think if this is a pack to get into the game for new players this is great. There is a lot of grinding to do

Still waiting for USA to get its Ragtag Circus premiums with a Tiger II, and for Britain to get their captured tiger II. Everyone has a Sherman + at least one other US vehicle in every tree yet USA has no captured tanks despite having a group dedicated to using captured vehicles. Meanwhile Germany and Russia can make full premium lineups of each other's tanks and most of them are under-br'd.
