Does it matter which type of income-driven plan we select? Obviously the plan with lowest monthly payment is key but just want to make sure I don’t select the wrong one.

I’m not 100% familiar with the types of payment plans but for the purposes of buying a home, the lower the payment the more purchasing power you’ll have!
