Elise has 50% def and m.def reduction and you can get her in the pub (but the + attack pattern might not be the best for this fight). And the eyepatch Rubia costume is currently on the powder of hope shop which has 25% def reduction and there's also her new maid costume tomorrow which I'll be shocked if it's not useful for this fight.

The problem with Elise is that her damage is meh and also if you don't have her other costume you will have a dead spot in the team un the CD is back up.

Wait I thought "Pure damage" also ignores shields or am I tripping? Also can you not use the character you put on Team 1 to team 2/3 as well if so damn that change a lot for strat.

Pure damage ignores resistances like def, m. def, and barriers that have damage reduction (which is the one your thinking of) and the attack that uses this form of damage hits everyone so you have to use hp shield (Dianna and Rou have these) to have your characters survive the attack.
