38:00 I think the problem with the Marvel characters is that the costume and park time are paid with a part of the show/movie’s budget so it’s only a limited time thing, only a few characters manage to be permanent like Mrs Marvel during the Marvel cruises.

Right? Fantasia alone probably has an entire warehouse of concept art, there is *zero* need for them to buy anything, and I think Walt would be ashamed and angered by the idea. His entire philosophy was about creation and innovation. And even if his movies were taken from public domain fairy tales, he did things with them nobody else did. I'd rather see this company shut down permanently, than have them rely on buying other people's work and passing it off as their own.

When they implement pin trading at WDW, pin sales went from ~$3m to ~$100m revenue
