Greetings brother Patrick . I put a pump and a tank on our old Ford diesel. We are moving our homestead to Sprague River in about a month. I'll have to haul our 275 gallon diesel tank over there as well. It is a new off grid location. We will keep our old place for now. I was wondering if your dad still lives in K Falls area? I know you have visited him from time to time. I thought maybe someday when we get our new place set you could stop by for a visit. May The Lord bless you and your beautiful bride in Jesus name.

Nice video, would it be helplful to install a union in the piping to help with assembly or future disassembly?

It would be helpful for sure. The only thing here in this application is to minimize plumbing to help make the system as compact as possible. It takes a little more fussing but less parts the better in my opinion. Great point though and appreciate the input.

That anti-ox paste works on copper? I've only ever used it on aluminium.

I use it on anything electrical. copper, aluminum, tinned copper, battery posts and terminals, butt connectors and goop up connections under shrink tubing.

I’m getting ready to do an install. Great video. I see you used Teflon tape only. You didn’t need to use any pipe dope? Teflon is sufficient?

Patrick says while the Teflon is sufficient, if you do use pipe dope make sure it is the one for fuels.
