With the Nyos don’t just turn the top turn the whole pipe. They top is for small water level changes the pipe is for large water level changes. Hope this helps.

Hmm I’m on vacation at the moment but I’ll definitely try turning the entire pipe Monday when I return. Thank you so much it’s worth a try before I throw it in the trash and buy a new one.

i have the same skimmer.. just turn it all way down and lil by lil dial it up.. it can take week or so to hit the right spot ..

I’ve had it running for 7+ months , it’s not new. I’ve tried dialing it every which way possible in small increments but the best I can get it is at the 10 second point in this video when it’s sloshing around. Might just trash can this one and buy a different brand. Make my life easier.

Exactly what Bianca said classic alkalinity and calcium as well as 1ml of tropic Marin nitrate/phosphate remover cause my numbers creeped up a little. But now that they are where I like them I may discontinue that for now. As far as the brand I use B-ionic ESV.
