Hey Zach - LOVE this kayak. The only thing that I don't have a good sense for is how to mount your transducer. Many of the other brands if fishing kayaks have a place to mount the transducer through the hull. I believe that my Coosa HD did have a spot for it to be mounted too. I'm guessing that this just needs to be mounted from the gear track over the side?

Hey Matt, thanks for watching! Best bet on this model is using something like the YakAttack Switchblade. The Knarr has a oversized recessed transducer mount that accepts the newer larger transducers.

the rudder upgraded..? I have an old coosa fd suggested i get a new rudder..for tracking and steering issues

For just a hair more you can get a hobie pro angler or blue sky.

Thanks for watching! The Coosa FD is a premium pedal drive option, and it is certainly not cheap.. but a Hobie PA or Blue Sky is still significantly more $$
