Keep in mind; 5 hours worth of gameplay made within 1 yr, this game has more mechanics, and more features than FNAF SB. LET THAT SINK IN! It's more functioning than FNAF SB!!!

I agree with the latter half, not the former half. Your game's development time has no correlation with the game's gameplay time. Some games like Undertale have about 6 to 8 hours on average (per user) but were made in 4+ years. A lot of these models are already pre-existing assets from the FNAF franchise, meanwhile, Steel Wool had to make a lot of new models, textures, etc. just for SB. Spiff's playtime was only 5 hours thanks to its difficulty settings and his stubbornness, I'm sure casual would take less time, and if a baby mode was added, 10 minutes. Let's think about the opposite, 100+ hours in a Bethesda game thanks to side quests, hidden locations, lore, etc. Development time? Around 6 to 8 years usually. Has a lot more mechanics than this game. (And to begin with, what even is a mechanic or a feature in this context? Is every new puzzle in an escape room a "mechanic" or are we just saying gamer buzzwords?) Not saying FNAF SB is good or worth defending, but just disingenuous to use this game as an example to shame Steel Wool. There are way better examples, Bethesda games included for the fact they have longer development time, have more playtime, and their bugs and glitches are less prone to messing up your save file or experience like FNAF SB does.

I loved a lot of this game so much, but I had to stop at Room 5 because of how unfair Ennard was. I'm very sad. ;-; I don't think I'll watch the rest of the VOD, though, because I still eventually want to see if it's possible to beat the level, but using another computer. *EDIT: SO I finished the game and then the stream and lemme tell you it was WONDERFUL. I can't get the Ennard chase achievement, so I can't figure out if the opposite door by ragdoll Fredbear can open or not. Or what all the buttons do, as I've pressed them all and came out SOL. But Spiff is right, I think. Fangames are the way of the future, especially if the latest canon game is any barometer.

Last I heard, the books weren't even 100% canon anyway, so if that's where your information's coming from, then... Heck if I know.) They certainly did know that the animatronics were murderous... It's made pretty clear, not only from them keeping the phone log "tutorials" that the phone guy made in the previous location (highlighting exactly how a person is stuffed into a suit, as well as him dying on... night 4, was it?), but also just the fact that night guards only stay on for a few days, so they would've certainly had reports from guards claiming that the animatronics were dangerous, _as well as_ at least a few dead bodies to clean up. And a security guard's purpose isn't exactly to stay safe, it's to keep the building safe. This generally includes walking around to make sure that areas are clear too, not always being cooped up in an office. I absolutely love FNAF and I will defend it until the day I die, but unfortunately, I agree with PointsofData. This is just a logistical error that Scott ignored for the sake of, well, making a challenging game. Which is forgivable really, every game does it, but true all the same.

I have an observation about the warehouse section of Glitched Attraction. When the computer doesn't accept the fuse, despite it being the correct colors, I thought of something. It seems to me that when the puzzle loads, there are three and only three correct fuses in each bin, and the rest are randomized. So, instead of checking for the correct color combos, each terminal checks for the correct fuses, which makes for a moment of confusion when a color duplicate is made, like the ones Spiff found. Not confirmed, just what makes sense to me considering what happened.

'it's a quirk' I'm pretty sure Spiff was genuinely throwing for content. Evidence? Who in their right mind would look away from the game to talk to chat during a stressful situation? I played the beginning of the FNAF 3 section in the background because Spiff was using 5 brain cells. He refused to read maps on the terminal to better understand the level until an hour in, and he immediately used meta logic like, "I need to wait for the code to appear" as an excuse for looking in the same 2 places.
