The low end on that bass...RIDICULOUS! And the rest of the range has wonderful presence and clarity, too. Love that preamp as well. Wishing you many years of great health and inspired playing!

Nice bass! Good demo and playing also. I have a 5 string on order very similar to this bass myself so this was great to see! Hope you get many years of enjoyment from this!

Wait... I have played that bass with you at camp... but I never knew it had a ramp that popped up and down!

That's really a great bass 😸 Congratulations. I also dreamed about having a fretless 6 string and shortly after that I started making music again. Yesterday I got my first fretless 6. Not the one I dreamed about but my dream bass has changed anyway 😅

Awesome bass! Sounds just as good as it loooks, and I LOVE the size! Got my first 6-string bass last month. Completely different animal from 4-string, but it's an amazing instrument. Only five figure instrument we own is my wife's Yamaha Baby Grand (which I love). Not sure I can justify a Fodera as a hobbyist, but I can dream. 🤣

Hi! What is your preferred stringspacing for 6 string basses?
@dr_bassius5 ай бұрын
17.5mm. I have a student with a Ken smith that’s 19mm. It’s not too bad and I can play it fine. But 17.5 is just right for me.
@FusionStuff5 ай бұрын
@@dr_bassius Thank you very much! Necks on your basses look so wide, but surprisingly, it's 17.5mm!

They can build you anything if you are willing to spend over 10 grande for a bass, its for sure a great instrument, but the price makes them unreacheable for the average pocket.....if you like them and you can spend that money and you want to do It, IS the best one can do, they are great basses for sure
