Twisted Colossus is gonna be great, but SFMM really needs to build a gigacoaster. Hopefully something like Intimidator 305 but with an inversion so they can claim another record (something they seem to be obsessed with doing) for "fastest roller coaster with an inversion."

You're never going to see a Six Flags park install a giga coaster. There's nothing really great about them either. Sure it has a huge drop and speed, but there are much better rides out there.

metallica708 I personally love the giga coaster as it's unlike any other experience. They even differentiate from hyper coasters, which are oriented on providing lots of airtime. Giga coasters are primarily focused on providing height, extreme speed, and very high positive g's. Most rides do not provide this. But Six Flags will never build one and here's why; It takes YEARS for one of those to return their initial investments. Six Flags is focusing on rides that will ROI faster; back when they were installing large coasters left and right they were losing money for years to the point where they got bankrupt. Now that they spend significantly less but still make a lot of money on cheaper attractions, for the first time in over a decade they are actually posting profits and their stock is doing rather well.

Batman has different technology that will help alleviate the problems Magic Mountain's had. Namely, the spin will be trimmed at certain points to better coax the seats into flipping at the right points. This pretty much eliminates the reliance of weight distribution that makes or breaks a ride on Green Lantern. TL:DR It's from another manufacturer that figured out how to eliminate the hit or miss issues Green Lantern had.

It seems to be almost somewhere in between green lantern and x2 it doesn't look as free will as green lantern though. It's an ok ride if you keep your head back. One of my favorites since you never seem to know how it's going too go each time. It's like riding a new ride each time!

Don't worry im sure something is planned for us since live close sfot cuz remember we have the empty space where the flash back was, we have the abandoned bumper cars, and the abandoned six flags mall, that's a lot of land and it is all right next to each other. A new rollercoaster could easily fit there, just not that hybrid one though, that's a littile too big

Batman: The Ride: Interesting concept. I'm interested to see if the magnetic controlling will fix the issues Green Lantern has. Justice League Dark Ride(s): It's from SallyCorp, so we know it will be well made. Expect to see more of these if it's a success. Superloops: Ok, there are two things I don't like about these rides; One, they are low capacity rides. Two, I really don't like Six Flags advertising these like coasters, because they're clearly not. But I think it will be slightly better than everyone thinks now. Wicked Cyclone: Best Six Flags ride this year. It has the forces, the compactness, and the intensity it didn't have before. I also like how the layout weaves in and out of itself. Alan Schilke did a brilliant job on this. Twisted Colossus: I like the dueling aspect, and I feel RMC did a great job on enhancing it. I also like the Mobius loop configuration, basically getting 2 rides for one. That's 4 minutes of ride time, which is awesome. I don't feel it has the intensity or forces WC has though, but overall a nice ride.

FridayTeardrop maybe it's because people don't expect such a disaster to happen on a precious Disney ride. Imagine if there was a fatal accident on a six flags coaster due to a faulty ride? No one would ever ride their roller coasters again. I feel safer on a roller coaster than I do driving on the road. Although, most deaths at amusement parks are because of people who are too stupid to follow general rules. Like the kid who hopped the fence to get his hat and was kicked in the head at the Batman ride. Or the employee who crossed lanes on revolution when he wasn't supposed to. People should face the fact that these roller coasters aren't as scary as human stupidity.

Six Flags Great Adventure NEEDS a RMC woodie coaster. These ridicoulous carnival ride loops are not coasters, and the park will now go five years without a legit new coaster. Also really, "the world's first" high five...seriously... Only the RMC's were interesting, though if that Batman ride is efficiently run and doesn't have 3hr wait times, it could also be something good and probably not very expensive nor space taking up roller coaster design to keep building. I also wouldn't be suprised if the DC shooter doesn't end up at other parks as well.
