Yeah, it's pretty normal to pan bands with two guitars like that. Odd they kept the other guitar in the center though, instead of putting in the other ear. I guess that didn't work out and it sounded too empty in places or something

I love their older drummer before this guy, but this guy is playin OCDP. That's the real drumkit for a pop punk band. No doubt about it.

@nexcex with the single pickup and single volume knob? Eh kinda, lots of players use this setup (Cameron liddel, Billie joe armstrong, frank iero) but actually this guy uses an emg 81 pickup and tom uses the Seymour Duncan invader in his fender models, and a gibson dirty fingers in his gibson models
@nexcex11 жыл бұрын
the guitar player with a cap copy most of tom delonge guitars
@royramone4 жыл бұрын
The single pickup Jazzmaster was created by someone at Fender with Tom Delonge in mind, as a potential new signature model. Tom had already partnered with Gibson for his next Signature so that was out of the question but he still kept the one given to him by Fender to use live for 'Obvious'. The small batch that was made of those single pickup Jazzmasters were then offered to other Fender 'endorsed artists' in pop punk like Steve here but never as a 'signature model' as those artists didn't have the same clout as it being a 'Tom Delonge' signature. And before that, yeah Steve used a Tom Delonge strat that he re-sprayed and changed the pickup in, if I'm not mistaken.
