I use a face sponge and *stipple* the foundation on, it is easier on the skin, it does not get*worked* too much ! I was told I look 20 years younger than my age,(84 yrs,).

Well, I'm in love with the Elf make-up and brow pencil!!! It's soft, covers well and feels light. Natural! A slight satin look, not greasy. The 2 mascara items are fantastic! My lashes were lovely. NAIL Information- Patty I am 73 and still work full time. I use Kiss Impress short Press on nails. They last me two weeks and I wash dishes and do not put gloves on. The have come out with a better glue and the box has an FX on it, they are lasting me three weeks. I just love them. I enjoy your channel so much. I am 77 and I have been using eyeliner since I was 14. I have tried every kind of eyeliner that exists! Only recently, I bought a NYX eyeliner and I absolutely love it!! It is creamy and glides beautifully. It does not smudge - even when I leave it on overnight. It stays in place too. I remember my mom and grandmother trying to tell me about the danger of too much sun . All we wanted was to look like Annette and her friends . I am 74, and i too have had too much sun in my youth .Especially on my back and arms . We never listen to good advice when we are young . Oh well . I like the way you are applying your foundation. I never liked wearing it because it made my face feel heavy and over made .I never wear it haven't in 35 years . I just apply a dab of cover up for spots and imperfections. I do use a spot remover cream so my face doesn't look bad for 74. Even in the 60s, 70s and up till now i liked the less is best when applying makeup.You do agreat job explaining the products any application. I am sure you help a lot of us have more confidence when dealing with our make up routines. Thanks a bunch ❤

I recently found your channel and you look wonderful. I am 79 and like you was out in the sun a lot. However, you have wonderful skin on your cheeks whereas I have a lot of wrinkles and so it is very hard to hide them. YOu inspired me to get cracking and make the best of myself. So my partner and I took a trip from Canada to the states to buy some of the Elf products you mentioned. My Granddaughter then told me they sell it here. I started using this technique a few weeks ago and love it. I'm 55 and prefer a sheer look. I use Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. I do one pump on the back of my hand. I stipple the brush on each cheekbone, forehead, and chin before I start blending it in. That way I have the same amount of product on each area before I start spreading it out. I'm so glad you show us new things and I made a list to go shopping tomorrow at Walmart. I have found good brushes really cheap on Temu, some.really great brushes. Also I got these long handle scoops for makeup etc to remove from containets. When any makeup, hand cteam, etc. I cut the bottom of the tube and scoop out the ingredients that's left. Why waste product. Enjoy you so much! At 76 I love woman in my age group!

Hi Patti, I have to say that's the best application of foundation I've seen you do. I'm 60 and as I've aged I've found less us more with foundation, especially. The color you chose was perfect, too.

Hi Patti!! Great to see you!! I too saw that video and tried Wayne’s method. Let me say it’s in the triple digits where I live - and applying foundation this way and setting it - not only looks great but wears pretty well. No I didn’t get 8 hrs wear from it- but it was great for my going out for several hours; a good 5 hrs. Love it for summer - winter should hold up all day!! Thank you Patti for the video to reach so many - and, I always enjoy spending time with you! 🩷
