I blind bought a travel-sized Barenia and with every passing minute that I'm wearing it, I'm more obsessed. It's an interesting paradox: it's vintage in a refreshing/imaginative way. In a world full of gourmand and vanillas, it's a welcomed change. I love it!

Same! I had points to spend so I added a travel spray to my recent purchase and it was a blind buy. I personally love a good chypre, and this is definitely more modern … but it’s growing on me too! Happy to have my 15ml.

I am a "senior" sniffer and I've loved chypres since I was in my teens. A long time ago! I got a travel of Barenia to try it out, and I love it. The patchouli is just wonderful.

I figured out that I love a lavender In a woman's fragrance. Meaning Mon Guerlain, loving the Libre and offcourse I have the new LIbre Flowers and flames 😊

Hi Verity! I had the exact same reaction to Barenia also but in the end I am going to treat myself to a 30 ml. I used up my sample & took that as a positive sign. There’s just something about it that’s a bit off putting but at the same time I’m a little addicted to it. L’Interdit Absolu & Libre Flowers & Flames were both instant loves & I purchased them immediately! I love sniffing sessions also, bring them on!! 🖤 have a lovely weekend

I’ve been on a sample spree lately too! Sometimes you just have to scratch the itch. Plum in cognac by scent of wood is what I am trying on today. Not bad actually. Very unisex. Zenobia is one I’m really excited to sample. That and magenta tanzanite by Armani prive. Thanks for the fun video!

Thank God I'm not the only one who goes on smelling sprees 😅 I just got a travel size of Chloe EDP Intense. The original was my signature scent in uni, but it doesn't feel like me anymore. The intense one intrigued me though and I'm trying it out! I'm tempted to drive to the mall to smell Barenia, ha!

@@VerityScents So I went to the mall and smelled Barenia 🙈 Thankfully I don't get the screechiness that others are apparently getting. I didn't dislike it, but it's not for me, the patchouli became very prominent for me. I can see how people are reminded of Angel (Muse), but this is so much lighter. I also smelled the new L'interdit Absolu. I was also wowed and intrigued on the scent strip and then sprayed it on my hand. Unfortunately it felt so overpowering after a while, I had to scrub it off; it actually gave me a headache. I might really like to smell it on someone else though!

I bought prada paradox intense the previous week and I felt in love with this fragrance the first day . Until I woke up the next day and felt that I can’t stand it haha. I don’t know why , it was so weird but I feel it has something that I couldn’t stand in another fragrance I had in the past too. Anyway just today I found your channel and I love your videos and your calm energy ☺️

Hiya. I've only gone on sniffing sprees about 3 times this year as I get too tempted to impulse buy!! I'd love to try Barena as I love chypres, and not that it should matter, but I love the detailing on the bottle. The only new release I've bought this year is from Amouage. I also bought some of their older releases and Opus range; now thst I've scratched that itch I want to explore more and even break my no buy😢

💕 yes that’s the thing once you scratch the itch it does increase the temptation 😅😩 Barenia is a lovely perfume I love the bottle also actually I think it’s lovely, Amouage have some beautiful fragrances so many are on my wishlist, stay strong with the no buy, I am also trying my best 😩💕

Hi Verity!! You know me and my sniffing sprees!! I can totally relate! 😅 Ooh I’ve been wanting to try the new L’Interdit! 🖤 It sounds amazing! I just talked about a couple of the same ones, I was excited to see how our thoughts compared! Not identical, but we actually weren’t too far apart on our opinions! 😃💕 I just got a sample of Vanilla Toffee, even knowing I’m not a gourmand girlie, and yes it is muchhh too gourmand for me 😅 (even though I can see that it is definitely yummy smelling!) My curiosity would’ve gotten the best of me if I hadn’t grabbed a sample though! 😄

I blind bought vanilla toffee… and do not like it.. to coffee, too sweet.. and I should NOT have blind bought it. I thought the cardamom would peak thru. I will sample the Linterdit absolu. It sounds like it’s right up my alley

Yes my son is 10 and my daughter is 7 and now my son is getting a small collection of fragrance 🤣 it’s rubbing off on them, it’s sweet that they like to get involved with the hobby 😍🥰

I am the same I also still like to wear some more bright happy scents, Celine Parade I enjoy it’s uplifting but suitable for colder weather, I also love florals such as Dior j’adore l’or it’s a beautiful uplifting floral, Prada Paradoxe is such a happy scent for me also Narciso Rodriguez musk noir rose 💕
