The vertex tools seems a bit like the artisan plugin. Justin, check curics scale++ extension for SKP 2023. It shows a nice use for the overlay functionality. It can be your next vid.

Most of these operations are easily achieved with native tools or other plugins, but soft selection with these numerous custom falloffs are what I felt was missing from Vertex Tools for a good couple of years. And nice that this plugin is free. Interesting for how long it will be.
