So beautiful! You’ve inspired me to get to Hobby Lobby for more of those berry bushes! I love using the berries in decor; my parents always had blueberries, black, red, and golden raspberries as well as mulberries on their place. We used to go foraging for elderberries and oh the delicious pies my mother would make. I can see the elderberries in the bushel baskets and remember the droplets of water dripping from them after they were rinsed. That’s why I have the berries you used in your basket in a crystal vase on my piano. I have it beside a dancing couple figurine I bought as a remembrance of the summer nights my dad and I stayed up to watch movies of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers after the eleven o’clock news. 💃 🕺.

I enjoy every single minute of watching you make that cottage floral wire basket arrangement today. I remember watching you warm up that bird you used and then you added those 2 clock faces...that was brilliant!!! It made the arrangement even more charming. At the end when you showed it in the table with a lamp and that candle burning....well in that setting the arrangement made that while table scape look like it was in a high class decor magazine! 😊. Bev, you have taught me so much...even my husband has seen the difference in my decorating. Hey, guess what? I went to Target...they had one fern in a pot left...just waiting for me...only paid $20.00 too. 😊

Lovely as always Bev! With the dried natural flowers you can spray them with aqua net or really any hairspray to keep them fresh longer. I find it keeps them together longer but also makes them a little less likely to be damaged and fall apart plus adds a new level of vibrancy and makes the colors pop. It also works with moss as well.
