I suffered horrible headaches all thru my 30's. 2 things helped. Eliminating all mold, and dust. I mean ripping out carpet and living with painted floors. And no, zero fragrance in anything. I cannot believe how such simple things we all take for granted like carpet and a nice candle were making me sick. Best of luck.
