these pencils didnt work for me, they smudge as hell, do budge, tranfer everywhere

I have to disagree :) Maybe you didn’t wait for it to dry? Because the formula is ment to be like that. But once they are dry, they don’t transfer at all. I have oily eyelids and hooded eyes, I wore it from 3pm to 5pm the other day and it did not budge :) I hope I helped :))
