Yes! I ordered this one in honey and Cognac. A couple other bags too 🥰😬 They havent been shipped yet. I am sooooooo excited. I am glad you posted a video. The black is stunning! The only con I see is that I wish it had a external back pocket for valuables. I can't wait to see what it looks like when its broken in .

I immediately jumped on this bag when it first came out in the color Cognac. The leather feel and smell on that thing was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS and the craftmanship was absolute perfection, super high quality. Sadly, I had to return it. The opening at the top was way too small for me, and with the bag being as deep as it is, it was way too frustrating to get into and practically use :/. I’m so glad you love it though. It is quite beautiful.

YES!!! This bag truly is stunning, and that PLG quality never disappoints!!! However, I totally get what you mean about the opening - it definitely can be narrow, especially for things like the giant book I’m currently toting! I love it for my littler items though for sure, and this is my first black bag from them and I’m in LOVE with it!!

I totally understand!!! I appreciate the honey so much but I definitely lean more towards darker colors in my wardrobe, plus, I’ve just really been into darker color bags recently!! I have this backpack in Honey and absolutely love it! It does fit my 14-inch Mackbook Pro, when it’s in the backpack at a diagonal slant. I also have a slim acrylic cover on it (from amazon). Thanks for this video though. I love the black color and am thinking of adding it to my PLG collection.

Just received my Deep Water PLG Crossbody Tote with zipper. It's incredibly soft. It's just like your Merlot bag. Thanks for the wonderful reviews. PS. My son lives about 15 min from the PLG Gladstone St. building. :)

You can buy brass feet on Amazon. They screw on. Of course you will have to put a little hole for each foot.

LOVIN' it! If it can hold a book about Ted Bundy, then that puppy is for me! BTW, how do you handle this bag in the rain? That's my only confliction, I am about to live in the Pacific SW and that could make or break my decision.

YES!! I'm a huge true crime fan, and this one is a good one!! Bag too!! :) So the PLG bags are really great for rainy weather - I don't really ever worry about bringing them out in the rain, because the leather is just so insanely durable! Now if it was a softer, Italian leather - different story - but these bags are really just built for everything!

So I love the laptop backpack, but I'm not sure if it would fit my 15" laptop :( Although, I've been thinking of doing the roll top backpack, as that will fit my laptop, no issue!! But I wonder if the laptop bag could potentially fit a 15" laptop, albeit snug? I'll reach out and ask!!

I actually love that backpack so much, the only thing that keeps me from snagging it is that the description says it only fits a 13”, and I typically tote around my 15”! But I just love the look!! I may snag it for those days I carry an iPad or 13” laptop! If I do, I’ll definitely review it ☺️

I love them both! I know, cliche, but i find I get use out of both of them depending on what kind of day it is! If I know I’ll be walking a lot - backpack. If it’s date night - the mini crossbody! Id say if you’re looking for a bag that fits more and is easier for every day, then the backpack!

Hi! 🙋‍♀️ thank you!! Ummm, that’s tricky - it’s nice to have it there, as I reach for the bag that way when I set it on a seat and then go to grab it - I grab it by the top handle. So it has a practice use in that regard. However, I wouldn’t say you could slip this handle on to your wrist and have that tote conversion type feel, if that’s what you’re aiming for. So i would say it really depends on what kind of practicality you’re looking for! I hope that helps you ☺️

I think you could get away with an ipad 10.2, plus the wallet, and the iphone 12 plus in this bag! I feel like I was able to fit a pretty chunky book and also beauty pouches, etc without issue!!

If I happen to see it back in stock, I'll make sure to let you know! As for what it all holds - I was carrying a fairly thick/large book, my wallet, phone, beauty pouch, and other little nick nacks. The book is a bit more difficult getting it in and out, simply for the fact that it was so large. I think because the ipad is thinner, it'll free up the space a lot in order to hold a wallet and the iphone!
