Great review!. I’m delighted that the proposed GFX is 28mm equivalent and it can be easily cropped. I wish Fuji would offer a x100 with a 28mm equivalent: again…. it’s easy to crop because the image quality is superb. Happy Christmas

LUKAS, THX FOR THE VIDEO! QUICK TIP: YOU'RE USING A DYNAMIC MICROPHONE WHICH HAS A LOW OUTPUT (VERY WEAK SIGNAL) AND NEEDS TO BE SPOKEN INTO VERY CLOSELY, HOLDING IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LIPS OR PROPERLY AMPLIFIED IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT PLACED LIKE THIS. YOU CAN ADD A LOT OF GAIN TO THE AUDIO IN YOUR EDITING SOFTWARE AND IMPROVE THE AUDIO QUALITY WITH A FEW SIMPLE TRICKS. BUT SPEAKING ABOUT VOLUME: TRY TO HAVE AN AVERAGE "LOUDNESS" OF -6DB WITH PEAKS AT 0DB APPROXIMATELY. IF YOU WANT I CAN SHOW YOU SOME QUICK FIXES, LEMME KNOW. THIS WOULD IMPROVE YOUR VIDEO A LOT. OTHERWISE I'D SUGGEST GETTING A CONDENSER MICROPHONE OR A TYPICAL PODCAST MICROPHONE FOR THIS PURPOSE. ALL THE BEST!

The GFX100RF, Light gathering does not change by sensor size, This is an F/3.5 not an F/2.8 (DOF is F/2.8 eqv) Fuji Rumours says no IBIS, but may have OIS in the lens, which on a fixed lens camera is fine. They also say X-Pro size body, so I would expect a small lens. The image quality will be really good, but, I think it is unnecessarily small and makes too many compromises If it was an F/2.8 63mm lens with a wide angle convertor, to me it would make much more sense. The Q3 (and the X100 VI) are so much more flexible in my opinion

Opinions on lens mm is personal and Fuji has plenty of experience in this area. So does Leica with the introduction of the Q3 and Fuji with the X100vl….35 ( 28 equivalent)is flexible for street, landscape, even architecture….not so much with the 50. What is the rumored MP on the GFX.

Xpro3 has a screen that brakes after 2 years. They need to do a lot to convince me to buy their products again.

I have been using the xpro 3 for a few years without issues. People buying the xpro 3 has an intention to not use the screen eitherways. I never use mine, only when changing menus at home. Its intentionally weak to discourage flipping.

First time using the microphone, didn’t have it set up right unfortunately. The video I uploaded after the sound is miles better :-)

@@polmartin9947 I would think because a successor to the gfx 50r was heavily asked for and that’s probably their way of creating a ‚better‘ alternative. Which I think would work out greatly.
