Tonka toys (trucks, forklift, crane etc.) were a thing here back in the day (don`t know if it still is though), but when i was a kid i had all the tonka toys. btw, i live in the Netherlands too, same as Blackshadow. We had an ad for Tonka on tv where and elephant put his foot on the back of the flatbed truck, just to show how strong and durable the toys were. I remember that ad as if i`d seen it yesterday.

To help with the doors, use event block and a two second timer to close the doors. Add each individual door to be closed to the timer.

The author lists the Lezuno start as WIP, which I assume is "Work In Progress" and it feels it. (Not that I'm not enjoying the series or playing it myself... I'm excited to see what I find once I leave Lezuno and/or for what else is coming to Lezuno.) There are only three spawns that I've seen and you've seen two of them. You should totally request an audience w/ the Ambassador though. Heck of a road trip to get there. Hint: You can in fact get there on wheels.

Splitsie, for the 1kg rain, could you add a copy of the small connector that has its cargo space set to a very small volume (enough for 1 kg of the least dense ore), and then use those as your ejectors? That should only eject an amount equal to that cargo volume per eject object. If that doesn't work, you could try the same thing except on a small conveyor sorter, since sorters only transfer per "tick" an amount up to the size of their cargo capacity.

Their music is public domain now, I know because a decade ago I built a public domain playlist for a Fallout: New Vegas mod I was on the team for…we never did release that Sunset Sarsparilla theme park mod (this was before FO 4 even came out, and Nuka World included stuff from various versions of the story we were coming up with, including: “rounding up” Giddyup Buttercups, it being taken over by raiders, the themes of the sections, a shooting gallery roller coaster ours was a stagecoach ride though, etc.).

Regarding LEGO, if one sees a LEGO set they want at Costco & one has the available funds to purchase said set - one should buy the set of LEGO as the cost is less expensive than the same set at LEGO online (approx. 70% - 80% the cost) I know this from personal experience.

You know, whenever I see someone building a large small-grid craft, I can't help but think there is no reason for the large and small block scales to exist as different grid types; the small grid large cargo is basically a large block in small grid, just extend that to the rest of the large scale blocks, and you get all the benefits of both block scales without having to kludge them together as sub-grids; all the detail and control of small, all the functional blocks of large with a massively reduced block count. Would be a fair bit of work just given the number of blocks, but it would be such an amazing mod.

Not really but sort of (I think). Gravel does no damage to grids but it does have mass so if you dropped enough you could slow down a missile giving you time to escape and shoot it (maybe)

@Flipsie I would like to do a start with no tools. The only way I can think to do this is to rely on random drops for tools and have random encounters or some other encounters to find a means to find a way to get things actually started. This would be a slow and possibly painful way to start but I am not sure it is possible. With your knowledge of mods and experience what mods would you recommend to make this possible if it even is?

A no tool start would end up being a game of chance walking from unknown signal to unknown signal until you find a grinder and welder. There wouldn't be any real engineering or challenge beyond waiting until you have luck. A more interesting challenge I think, would be to start with only a grid based welder and grid based grinder. Then you'd have to engineer ways to make backups, build things to utilise them etc. I can think of multiple solutions there which might be a fun design process. As to mods for a no tool start, you're either going to be looking for NPC mods which are passive and give you tools more easily or they will be mods that don't change the outcome, but if you're making it easier to find tools then you're almost certainly best off just having a single set of tools to begin with
