At least in ng+2 all infected offerings are available, meaning if you do it right all three queens will be infected in the next ng, plus you get something special if all three are infected simultaneously

I’m honestly confused can u help me understand do we have to do all labs and bosses and the storyline again and than we go back to that place to get into the second stage? Cause I finished the game than went to the other dimension so I have to do everything again to go to the other lvl 2 of the dimension?
