Cheap mercenaries with Germany seem really strong I have to admit I really loved it and I didn't expect it to work this well. Probably will be using mercs more often now on with Germans.

Theatre/ronin card worth it for any civ or nah? Dutch could use it in combination with state army Merc card and age5 merc politician

Because villagers won't walk around and gather constantly, it's good for food gather rate not coin.

Why did dutch take so long to go up? Did he really go full banks before age4?

He just didn't do the best boom. Also usually with Dutch you max your banks and settlers in age 3 so you can overpop with settlers with the age up.
