Tatchos recipe I bag of mini tater tots I lb ground beef 3 tablespoons taco seasoning 1 can black beans drained and rinsed. I tube liquid cheese - Ragu brand 1 1/2 cup Shredded cheese. Toppings Sour cream salsa cilantro etc. Spread out tater tots on sheet pan. Cook per package instructions. Take out of oven. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Spread / sprinkle on taters. Top with drained and rinsed beans. Top that with liquid cheese then shredded cheese. Put under broiler for 3-5 minutes. Check often. Take out when cheese has melted. Let sit 5 minutes and serve with toppings.

I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Dano’s For reheating, I use the reheat button on my microwave and test the heat periodically.
