How sweet!!! I used to pack my sweet husbands lunch. His Dad worked with him , they installed carpet, and I’d pack him one too!!! He passed away 4 yrs ago and I sure miss him❤❤❤

I always just throw our kiwis right in the fridge and let them ripen in there. It may take a few days to ripen, but they will last like a month or longer in the fridge, it's actually why they're one of my favorite fruits too!

Those roll ups are known in the midwest as "Minnesota sushi".. except we dont add the tortilla, just roll the pickle up in a slice of ham everyone up here eats them up, ive never tried them cuz i dont like cream cheese.

Another winner lunch box video. You have the best ideas and you're so creative. I make my tuna salad exactly the same way and love it. You have the coolest food containers. You have a size to fit everything. I saw the Pizza salad mix at the store and will be trying it. Will also try the Buffalo Ranch rice mix. Thanks for all the great ideas.

I LOVE that buffalo chicken package from Knorr. I like to add a little cream cheese, shredded cheese and frozen peas to it. Really yummy and easy side (or meal if you add a protein).

That guacamole "recipe" looks like my kind of guac. I hate restaurant style because there are always crunchy onions in it! The tuna and egg salad has tons of protein. I've never added mustard to mine. That may be worth a try?

I started using mustard instead of mayo in my tuna about 35 years ago when I was in Weight Watchers, as mustard has no fats. It tastes wonderful!
