Tips for picking a pineapple:1. see how heavy it is, if it feels like a heavy pineapple then it is very juicy 2. smell the bottom of the pineapple if it smells sweet then pick it if not put it back 3. if the center leaf of the pineapple pulls out easily than it is ripe and ready to be cut. hope that helps!!

I have gotten out of my exercise routine. Everytime I try to get back on track something seems to mess it all up again. I ended up downloading a 30 day plank challenge on my phone and started doing it in the morings along with some squats. It has helped me get my core back in shape a bit. I have been doing this for the past couple of months and it makes me feel like I am at least getting something accomplished especially since I sit all day at my job. Hooray for baby steps!

Can you make a video of time management on how you manage your time to do food hauls, meal preps, exercise, etc. ? How do you do it all with 4 little kiddos? Do you have a babysitter while you do these videos or are they in daycare? I have three little ones at home and it’s so hard to sometime get a meal together, workout, take care of myself, etc… how do you and your husband manage so much time?

Look into the Flex Belt for abs. I had 2 c sections. 29 & 27 years ago and I never could get my core strength back, now at 48 years old I have my high school shape back. It really works. It does make you a little sore, just like you did sit ups. I bought mine on QVC.

Tips for your nails: don’t use the cuticle oil first. It will make your nails peel and chip. Use it at the end. Have you tried Red Aspen nails? I’ve heard good things. They last a long time and you just glue them on. They’re reusable too. No chipping or waiting for things to dry with multiple coats..

When I pick a pineapple, I always look at the leaves. The ones in the very center of the crown tell you if its ripe. If you *gently* tug and they pop off, its ripe. If they dont, its not ready.

Love all your videos💗I’m from the uk I’m also a nail technician I noticed you said your gel nails peel off easy I would recommend not to apply the cuticle oil before doing your nails as you have to file the ‘shiny layer’ off the top of ur nails before applying base coat 💗hope this helps!

Picking a ripe pineapple-pull out the center leaves. If they pull without too much resistance it is ready to eat. If the leaves pull with a lot of resistance they aren’t ready yet. If the leaves pull out super easy they are over ripe.

First smell the pineapple for sweetness. Then tug one of the leaves at the top. The easier the leave comes out, the riper the pineapple.
