I made the tomato chicken bake and the lunch dish - both are delicious! I totally get what you mean about the sweet/savory flavors balancing out in the chicken dish! So tasty! Also the lunch dish is quite satisfying. I did sub out the feta cheese for blue cheese and held the lemon on that dish - just mix and it's super great!

Im drooling over the chocolate snack and can’t wait to make it. I notice your plant on the shelf that has the hanging hook still attached to it, but you don’t plan on hanging it up, you can easily take off the hook portion by snapping it off where it meets the bit bowl.

Love everything but the chicken came out very chewy so I would recommend cooking the chicken in oil until golden and then mixing with the sauce and tomato/onion (for crispier chicken) I ended up baking it then practically sautéing everything together

You can eat it hot or cold. I eat mine cold but if you wanna heat it up, only add the feta and greens on the day after you’ve heated up the quinoa and roast veg.

it does reduce some of the flavanols absorption, but it doesn't reduce other nutrients. with foods, there are sometimes certain things that reduce or enhance the absorption of other certain nutrients.. but I don't personally find it helpful to get too caught up on it - there's so much to worry about in life already. when I was studying nutrition I used to get caught up on all these kinds of things until I know longer found it useful to my life. I find that a balanced diet in general is best to get a wide range of nutrition. however if someone had a deficiency in certain nutrients like, flavanols for example, then it might be something to keep in mind :)

So i was with you till you started to promote "aminos" as something that gives you energy lol. So whey protein has all the aminos you need, aminos like bcaas and ecaas are basically a scam. Theyre expensive and youre already getting them for cheaper with whey protein or food. aminos seperated take longer to digest then whey protein would. I get people have to make a living so they get sponsored and supplement companies make a lot with these but really shouldnt be promoting it
