Really really hoping we get the MUTOs early on. Kinda disappointing but still really excited that 2 out of the 3 new figures are just slight remolds. Though I think it would be awesome if we could get battle sets. Like if we got the Golden Gate Bridge with some buildings with Godzilla and one of the MUTOs

Loving what I'm seeing! Playmates is stepping it up, I knew they had it in them! The Toho Series looks so much better than that Bandai America style we had on Godzilla stuff for the past decade and a half. New is good, and this looks great. Also, the new MonsterVerse additions are awesome! We finally have an affordable Ghidorah 2019 that looks pretty close to the actual film depiction, and I really like what I'm seeing with that G14. I hope they keep going with this stuff, imagine the future possibilities...

It's the lighting from the fire during The Battle of San Francisco from both Godzilla (2014), and the opening scene from Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019). This Godzilla is also named GareGoji, because the film was directed by Gareth Edwards. While the other one with big dorsal plates is named DougheGoji because the sequel was directed by Michael Dougherty; they kept the name for Godzilla vs Kong.

You can see on the tags that the “Ocean Kong”, “Ocean Godzilla, and the Kong Skull Island Kong are coming out this June, and the Godzilla 2014 and the Ghidorah are coming in July

Ok so apparently on the card the name or title for the G14 figure is”Monsterverse City of Destruction 6” Godzilla (2014) And the “white blob” is a tank. Also the 2 figures next to the G14 figures are called “Ocean Battle” figures, just in case anyone wanted to know.

These figures are bigger than one could imagine. Because we are getting the same toy company that is making the American and Japanese Godzilla figures means we are definitely getting another American Godzilla and Kong movies. Especially since we have a power rangers versus Godzilla comic looks like they are continuing the movie franchise that they thought they were going to close which is good for us.
