I hate helmet cams and avoid watching videos filmed from them, but watched all of this, what a great lap. The fact you are within 1/10ths of the previous best for the entire lap says a lot about your consistency. Nice one. What were you trying to enable / disable around Bergwerk ?

Thanks man !! Yes I tried a lot that the helmet cam is not so shaky .. it shows everything .. steeringwheel .. in car details .. movements AND the traffic in front :) normal cam on the windshield is maybe a bit more quality bit a bit static 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@used.as.designed yes it’s the component to the CUP R. Both tires don’t last very long on a Trackday .. but grip is awesome!

What tire sizes? I only see 265R20 and 325R21 for the Supersport RS which don’t fit a GT4 to my knowledge.

It’s available with Porsche label also for the GT4 in 295/265 👍🏼👍🏼

@@xthilox thank you! Doesn’t show on Goodyear’s website but I’ll check around. We don’t get the Supersport RS in the US at all but I’ve seen them shipped from Europe in GT2 RS sizes.

Hi danke dir! Der GY RS ist vergleichbar mit dem CUP R. Der cup r hat evtl. Die ersten 1-3 runden etwas mehr grip - dafür behält der GY ihn aber bis am Schluss. Beide halten auf nem Trackday aber nicht lange 🫣

war noch nie auf nem Prüfstand…die Leistung ist je nach Temperatur sehr unterschiedlich.. aber unsere gt4 sind alle auf gleichem Level würde ich sagen. Da gibts keine Unterschiede denke ich

@@xthilox ok, ich hatte mich bei meinem nur gewundert, dass der in der Beschleunigung von 100-200 nicht wesentlich schneller als mein E92 M3 ist, denn der M3 hatte schließlich 200 kg mehr auf den Rippen. Allerdings waren beim M3 die Vorkats entfernt worden und der hatte dann auf jeden Fall seine 420 PS, original wohl auch nicht.

@@GT4-CS Ja der GT4 ist schon sehr schwerfällig, das liegt mM aber eher an der langen Übersetzung der Gänge .. den Apparat muss man echt am Laufen halten und die schnellen Ecken ordentlich mitnehmen. Und er ist glücklicher Weise recht windschnittig .. das merkt man ab 180-190 deutlich.

I've used in street and track Goodyear too, and in my opinion is not so good. Very sensible to the heat. If you heat it up, it will great, but in cold, shit. And the wear is the most awkard thing. In track: 2 session (in GP Track) - 60% wear. In street: 1 season - lateral abrasion all over the tyre. (Street: F1 Asymetric 5, Track: Full Slick) For me: Never ever.

Depends on the tyre and the use .. I can only compare tires on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and tested „all“ the best tyres 👍🏼👍🏼
