I bought some lights last year thanks to your review.... I'm now looking to get some more this year. Can I make the net lighting show the number of days to Christmas? Can it be programmed to update daily?

You can make it display a number… and the AI will do a better job than drawing it yourself too 😂 Unfortunately I’ve not found a way to auto update the number… yet!

Icicle light ideas outside of Christmas. Gender reveal party. Dripping blood at Halloween. Fireworks. Simply flashing lights at a party. Mood lighting at an outdoor BBQ (on a patio or something). They are really only icicle lights when they are doing blue or white. Anything else - is festive lighting. EDIT2: PS - while they might be on offer right now, is it worth holding off to see if there are any black friday deals?

Might be a bit late to do a gender reveal party for me... We're using them as halloween decorations at the moment (might as well keep them up)! BF may give some more discounts, although as these are the newest products, i'm not sure they'll be doing much more than what discounts they're doing now - but i could be wrong!

What size is that that you have? I'm worrying i got too many lights 😂 99' string for a 7' tree. I just installed my outdoor lights from govee and was surprised how intense they were. I worried i should have purchased less lights for my indoor tree, the 66'.

What do you think the chances are that you will be able to link 4 sets if 30m string lights to do 1 sequence? Would it just be an app update? Ive a 30+ feet tree that i decorate every Christmas and am thinking of upgrading the existing 100m string lights to these

As in use altogether in the shape map? At the moment, its 0 - but i don't think its beyond possibility of them updating the app. I'm pretty sure its just the app that would need the update too, it would just need to learn how to play the animations sequentially across multiple lights in the map... I don't think its something we will see this year though (although it's my christmas wish)!

@StusReviewsUK if I were to string the tree lights on a flat surface (think zig zag on a wall), do you think I could get some good effects? Guessing the mapping would fail as it assumes essentially a 3D cone?

Don't get me wrong... I'll miss my TT... but its become impractical to use in situations like this, where i've destroyed my wifes car. I can barely fit in it on my own, let alone with her, the two kids and a dog 😂 As for the tesla, I agree to disagree - kzbin.info/www/bejne/gquymYZ5bL1jnc0 I love the tech in them! For me, nothing comes close to the minimalism and tech oriented experience of a Tesla.
