New GPU Upgrade: GEFORCE 4070 Super Ti & Starcraft II Performance!

In the past I have been very disapointed going from one gen to the next with nvidia often skipping a gen or 2. my most recent upgrade from 1080gtx to 4080 gtx Super was mind blowing, I actualy got masive performance increase compared to what ever it was I had and going to the 1080 and including the 1080!!!!

I was happy with my upgrade as well. I normally keep my system as long as I can and only upgrade when needed.

about the screw driver.. My 4080 came with a gpu support that was included with my MSI Expert super, but I have seen supports that look close to that screw driver. I alsmost wonder if that was what it was inteded for if the bit was reversable and flat on other end, the knob on the side of the driver is a little bit of a clue! was there any other parts that may have fitted on the flat end of the bit to widen it. If so that could have ben designed as a short support (short) as mine (included gpu support) was a lot bigger than the others that I acutally bought not knowing my card came with a better one. ps. Hope you didn't just leave the gpu hanging on that back corner closest to case window? also not shure whats up with the included power cable, I also bought after market power cables way better than the ones included.

I relooked at my instructions, and it is a screwdriver and support. It has a magnet back end for the bottom and a felt tip for the top. I was hoping the card had an indenture to put the felt tip in to prevent slippage, but the card just rests on it. I am happy with me new cords. Just wish the support was better.

I got that card too. You would have been better off spending $900 on a platform upgrade and 4070 super. Starcraft can run on a 4060

@@madtc74 Crisis is also a very old game , that card is a 1440p monster when paired with a good cpu. Plays the latest AAA titles.
