Mr. Kazunori Yamauchi, creator of Gran Turismo, my favorite racing series of all time, was racing in an endurance race at Thunder Hill Raceway??? Dang it, I wished to see him in person, and I missed it! I live in Sacramento, CA. He was racing only 20 minutes away from where I live! I hope he adds this track to Gran Turismo 6, it would be an honor to have Thunder Hill be represented in Gran Turismo!

no this is not gt5, this is a real driver. the reason for this is 1st. you are play as the driver 1st person driver where you can see only the drivers hand. and the cars instruments or gages what ever u whant to call it. 2nd. the sponcer stiker is not abailbe in the game like that . 3rd. in the games there sings that sey time, speed, gear , traction, revs, aceleration, brake, fastes lap and a racing line that almoes all the people have it on.

@ss3kidgoku Yeah youre pretty much spot on there. IF all the cars were premium, and all the negine sounds were right, and a bit louder, less muffled, then it would be the best game of the decade. Still though, as it is, it's simply an unbelievable game. Not only is it a perfect driving simulator experience, but the amount of content in the game is amazing. Just racing around a circuit with weather changes and time changes is incredible.

@z00h More then likely he does race better then some kids playing a game online. But during a real race "like this one" you can be fined or even be banned from the track for not following the rules. And yes most rubbing is legal, just not cutting and trying to push them off the track. the rules in SCCA are if someone in a higher class is faster then you, then you move to the side to let them by.

@KuostA Until now he's been competing in all those races to have fun, what you see here will have nothing to do with GT5. In fact I can easily tell you how this race would look like in GT5. His Civic would be sliding about the track, tyres squealing all the time with lap times better than they could ever be in reality. Good luck bwoys.

See, other driving games are made by fat people who just visit races and cars. Gran Turismo is a simulator is made by a professional and fit race car driver and by devs who also are in the racing business. Its like American cars vs Japanese cars. American cars are always broken, while the Japanese are perfection.
