Bought it on Sunday. It's an absolute gorgeous scent. It's being compared as Amouage Reflection meets PDM Pegasus. Very long lasting, and a bit mature.

This blew me away smelling it for the first time today, to me it smell like a modern and stronger version of JPG le male the original. Was tempted to buy it straight from retail but that price is a bit too rough, especially for 60ml. Will probably pick it up as soon as it hits discounters tho.

I blind-bought this at your recommendation, and at first I thought it was a little weird, wasn't sure how to feel about it - but the 2nd wear. Dang. It's like a combo of La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Electrique mixed with Ultramale, a toned-down fruitiness with a vanilla fluff - really good. And smelling it while you describe it, yeah I do definitely get the creamy rootbeer float smell! Edit - actually, scratch that combo. Now I know what this reminds me of; it smells like a little less sweet version of Armani "Code Absolu pour Homme".

Tried it today at Dillards. It wasn’t for sale yet but they had a tester. Orris but not really powdery, florals, and vanilla in the very back but not aggressive. I pick up a slight leather touch too. Pretty strong stuff. I’m on the fence with the price though. Leaning more towards not getting it TBH…

Guci Guilty Elixir... Polished and refined to a very, very high level. Smooth, classy, powdery, soapy, flowery. slightly feminine, slightly woody... exquisite smelling fragrance ! It is not because you don't like Dior Sauvage Elixir but I really concur with you: Gucci Guilty Elixir is the best smelling frgrance with that name. But no, I don't think it will have hundreds of favourable video reviews. It will be criticised for its high price (as though other Elixirs are cheap!?), and it is not overly obtrusive like Dior or JPG ! Maybe it is better that way. Gucci shall be reserved for connoisseur with style ! Very enjoyable video, of course !
