It's amazing how a law that is deemed unconstitutional gets to stay on the books until someone challenges it in court. Alcoholics lack, for the most part, any control over their addiction and willpower, this "choice" you mention, doesn't last. When they accept the seat when we elect them they are supposed to put their political party that they belong to aside and their ideas aside their supposed to put their own ideas of political rhetoric aside and represent the people because that's what they're there for. It literally says it in our constitutional law under how the government is supposed to be ran what they are not in our supposed to be able to do. So claiming that they can have their own political agenda and push it while they're in office is an absolute ignorance of the sky here because he doesn't know what he's talking about. When it comes to that topic. If you don't believe me try and prove me wrong go do your diligence look it up and then this guy on the left I'm guessing here in the video that said it can apologizing correct himself and to not mislead the people in an error I'm guessing I'm hoping and not just purposely misleading people. when they're elected into office they put all that aside because they're supposed to represent us they are working for us that's their literally getting hired by us by us voting for them they're supposed to be representing us and not some political party that they belong to before or their own political agendas or the political agendas of anybody that is hired donation entity or person that donates to their campaign. So like I said do you diligence go look it up if you don't believe me so you're not ignorant and faction stating false information like this guy did and I'm not I'm going to hope that it wasn't on purpose.
