That color is PERFECT I think the prettiest I ever saw your hair actually. So I'm also loving like a rich brown base with caramel highlights, kinda chestnut on myself. If you aren't happy with the roots, I would go over it with root touch up dark brown. I do this when my roots are too light.

Could you please consider making a video on sourdough/baking? I’ve made a video on artisan bread on my channel but I’d love to give sourdough bread a go but I’m scared 😅 Also, loving this hair color on you!! You look fabulous ❤.

Thank you! Don’t be scared of sourdough, once you get your starter established, & know how to maintain it, it’s pretty much like making any other kind of bread, except it takes a lot longer to rise, a lot longer, haha. I watched SO many KZbin videos on sourdough. My favorites are The Rose Homestead, Farmhouse on Boone, Healthy Elizabeth, and Hopewell Heights.

I love the subtle red! If I'm remembering correctly you had highlights, right? I've been thinking about box dying my hair darker, but my highlights are blonde. Not sure if I can swing that without it looking funky!

I think you’d have to “fill in” your blonde before going dark so that you don’t end up with green looking hair lol. At least that’s what I’ve learned from my hair dresser friend.

Medium Rich Brown turns my hair very dark. It is a darker shade #47. As I am getting older I try to stay away from the darker colors.
